Account Activation Guide
1. Customer ID: Be sure to enter your Royal Pet Customer ID. The Customer ID is 6 characters long and all six, even the leading zeros must be entered.

Phone Number: Enter your phone number as it is on file with Royal Pet. Enter numbers only, no dashes or spaces (i.e. 1234567890). If your phone number does not verify, please contact your sales representative.

Email Address: Please supply an email address that you would like to use to access this rewards account. This email address does not need to match the one we have on file.

4.

Password: Please choose the password you would like to use.

If you are unsuccessful in activating your account it may be that your account has been previously activated or the information you are entering does not match the information on file at Royal Pet.
